JANUARY – January 23, 2025

“Conservation Is Cool”
In this engaging lesson, students will explore the concept of conservation and why it is essential for protecting our planet's resources and wildlife. Through interactive discussions and activities, they will learn about different conservation efforts, such as recycling, saving water, and protecting habitats. Students will also brainstorm practical actions they can take in their daily lives to help the environment. By the end of the lesson, they'll understand that everyone can play a role in caring for our Earth!

FEBRUARY – February 20, 2025

“Plant Anatomy Adventure”
Dive into the fascinating world of plants! In this class, we'll learn about the different parts of plants—roots, stems, leaves, and flowers—and their functions. We'll also explore the plant life cycle, from seed to sprout to full-grown plant. Through hands-on activities and engaging discussions, students will discover how plants grow and thrive. Join us for a fun and educational journey into the life of plants!

MARCH – March 13, 2025

“March Mammal Madness”
Join us for an exciting class all about mammals! We’ll learn what makes mammals unique, explore different types, discover their habitats, and even meet an educational ambassador mammal. Get ready to play "March Mammal Madness," where we’ll cheer for our favorite mammals in fun, friendly competitions! Perfect for young animal lovers, this class combines learning with games and creativity. Let’s celebrate the amazing world of mammals together!

APRIL – April 17, 2025

“The Wonders of Water”
In this interactive class, students will dive into the fascinating world of the water cycle using Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) activities. They will learn about the stages of the water cycle through engaging hands-on experiments and demonstrations. Students will explore how water moves through our environment and why it's essential for all living things. By the end of the class, they will have a deeper understanding of water's journey and its vital role in our ecosystem, leaving them inspired to protect this precious resource!

MAY – May 15, 2025

“Flower Power”
Join us for a blooming adventure as we explore the world of flowers! In this class, we’ll learn about the different parts of a flower—like petals, stamens, and pistils—and their roles in plant reproduction. We’ll discuss the saying "April showers bring May flowers" and how rain helps plants grow. After our flower study, each student will get to plant seeds and watch their own flowers thrive! This hands-on experience will connect our learning to nature, making it a fun and educational time for all!
