Callaway Gardens is proud to offer our Event Sponsorship Opportunities. This year we have included some of our biggest and longest running events. 

As you begin allocating your annual sponsorship budgets, we want you to be aware of the many opportunities available at Callaway Gardens. Our sponsorships offer a variety of benefits, numerous media vehicles and a vast array of audiences. 

This year, we have expanded out Sponsor Packages to provide exposure for your company throughout the year. And if you're looking for a custom package, please call us, we'll be happy to create a package to suit your individual needs. 

Events Included with Sponsorship Packages

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO)
Estimated Attendance: 3,000
Year began: 2008

"Amazing" describes the experience of sitting on the edge of Robin Lake Beach enjoying ASO's music under the starts on a Spring night. Guests can choose from reserved tables of eight on the beach or general admission seating on the grassy, sloped lawn for this mesmerizing performance under the moonlight. This entertaining program is perfect for an evening night out with friends and family. 

July 4th Star Spangled Beach Party (July 4th)
Estimated Attendance: 8,000
Year Began: 1953

You can't get much more American than apple pie, stars and stripes and celebrating Independence Day at Callaway Gardens! Spend the day at Robin Lake Beach and enjoy beach games, live music, special performances by the FSU Flying High Circus and a fabulous patriotic fireworks finale. Robin Lake Beach is the place to be on July 4th. 

Sky High Hot Air Balloon Festival (HAB)
Estimated Attendance: 15,000

End your summer on a high note with the Hot Air Balloon Festival! Marvel at the beautiful Balloon Glow on Friday evening, float up in the air in a balloon safely tethered to the ground, tie-dye a t-shirt or watch the sky fill with colors as balloons are launched from the Robin Lake Beach area. Between the morning and afternoon balloon launches, the days are filled with entertainment, family activities, exhibits and more. 

ICCF Benefit Golf Tournament (Golf) 
Estimated Attendance: 150 golfers

Test your golf skills on Callaway Gardens golf courses while helping support a worthy cause. This tournament celebrates the great spirit of Callaway Gardens' founder, Cason J. Callaway, who believed that golf should be a pleasant experience in beautiful surroundings. Proceeds from this annual golf tournament enable the Ida Cason Callaway Foundation, the parent of the organization of Callaway Gardens, to share the wonders of nature with the thousands of school children by providing funds for the diverse environmental programs available at Callaway Gardens.
