There’s no better place to play a round than on a world-famous championship course with scenic woodland borders and lakeland settings. Take lessons with a pro and surprise your golf partners at home with your polished game. Discover the natural wonders of the world around you. Get a close-up view of our winged friends with bird, butterfly and bug encounters and come face to face with other Callaway Gardens creatures. Additional programs include hikes and workshops dedicated to astronomy, forestry, horticulture, ecology and wildlife. Designed to delight both budding and accomplished artists, this adventure features sessions ranging from family arts & crafts to the fine arts. You’ ll leave with unique souvenirs when you capture frame-worthy Gardens photos, paint your own pottery or landscape and create one-of-a-kind glass beads and jewelry. The outdoor enthusiast will appreciate our on-the-water fishing clinics, tournaments and private guided excursions. The Callaway Gun Club also provides a variety of shooting activities including skeet, trap, five-stand and sporting clays. There are plenty of thrills for teens at Callaway Gardens! Programs include water ski lessons, scavenger hunts, canoe races and trips, ropes course challenge, plus teen dances and a game room. Who says grown-ups can’t have fun? Plunge into an exhilarating aquacise program, swing through the air on a flying trapeze and defy gravity on a challenging Ropes Course. For the ultimate in a brisk jog or leisurely walk, hit miles of lakeside and woodland trails offering a glimpse of the Gardens’ diverse flora and fauna. Play a set with friends or plan a private or group lesson with a certified professional. Clinics and mixers are offered throughout the week for players of all ages and skill levels. Racquetball courts are also available. On this adventure take behind-the-scenes tours of Callaway Gardens with the pros who grow our glorious displays. You’ ll learn secrets that will turn your own garden patch into a backyard paradise with workshops on bird and butterfly gardens, topiaries, vegetable gardens and more. While the adults are off having summer fun, the kids will love an adventure of their own. Our exciting day camp and planned supervised activities include Iceberg Island water playground, fishing, Chickadee Choo-Choo train, swimming games and more. Day camp isn’t just for kids! Our Teen Day Camp and our Adult Day Camp provide an assortment of supervised, exciting activities of all kinds each weekday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Learn to water ski, try your hand at arts & crafts, learn circus skills under the Big Top, and much more!
