Architecture Drawing in the Landscape

Saturday and Sunday, September 20 - 21, 2008    10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Are you ready to include architecture such as houses, buildings, barns, fences, etc. in your drawings or paintings?  There are techniques to represent three-dimensional objects on a flat picture plane.  This workshop will offer instruction in how to draw things the way we see them in the real world including how to create atmospheric effects.  We will be using structures in the Gardens for drawing on site.  No experience necessary.
Instructor: Durinda Cheek, professional artist specializing in watercolor and oil landscapes and architecture.  Visit www.Durinda.com or contact her at Durinda@Durinda.com for more information.

Fee: $150.00 plus materials.  Materials are $25.00 and can be purchased from the instructor.
Bring a campstool or chair.
